Mô tả công việc
1. Customer Support
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate to higher-level support when necessary.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Besides, collect bad reviews from customers.
- Generate reports: Reports and Statistics on the number of causes and payment rates weekly, monthly, quarterly) provided to QC department.
2. Customer Intelligent
- Handle issues, build relationships and SWAT.
3. Customer Experience
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with products or services.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn (if any).
4. Others:
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
WORKING TIME:
Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00

REQUIRES:
- University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
- Having work experience in an E-commerce platform is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, Excel and customer service software.
- Good written English and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
- Having communication skills, problem solving and good time management
- Have thinking about Data Driven and Data Analyzes. Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives and provide insights, solutions to improve quality for the products.
