Mô tả công việc
1. Dealer Sales Development
- Set yearly sales targets (TA) for cars and manpower
- Establish market share goals and monthly sales criteria for dealers
- Collaborate with dealers on monthly order and sales plans
- Instruct dealers on proper and timely implementation of company’s sales policies
- Support dealers in executing marketing and promotional activities
2. Customer Experience Management
- Support dealers in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to
sales and services
- Propose solutions and improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
(CSI/SSI)
- Assist dealers in analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement in the
overall customer experience
3. Data Analysis & Performance Improvement
- Assist dealers in analyzing monthly and quarterly sales data
- Recommend solutions to dealers for enhanced sales performance
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive business or B2B Sales
- Knowledge: Understanding of Economics & Automotive market
- Required skills:
