Mô tả công việc
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tracking + Pushing sales all stores under his/her management to achieve Monthly Sales TGT
- Store visit + check store standard
- Get feedback from Store team then work with related team to keep store performance
- Control and check Stock all store under their management
- Work with Brand Team to make sure healthy stock in stores his/her management
- Managing Employee's Attendance, Taking leave, Uniform
- Recruit new store staffs (Co-work with HR)
- Work with HR for Final Monthly Incentive + Salary
- Prepare for new stores under their management
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Language: Good at English is required
- At least 3 years in Retail with level Store Manager above (Sport fashion industry is a plus)
- Experience in managing to performance targets desired
- Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong personality and leadership.
- Strong determination of KPI achievement
- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
