Mô tả công việc

Partner with local & regional internal teams such to build content, collateral, workshops & training.
Deliver this content & training in local language, creating a two way feedback loop between local field teams and regional teams.
Voice local needs in weekly team meetings with the Regional Sales Enablement Team and work through a prioritization matrix to meet local and regional enablement goals.
Drive local teams’ adoption & execution on the company’s Sales Enablement platform

Yêu cầu công việc

Have 1+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, or Product Marketing (with sales focus) in B2B or Tech industry.
Fluency in Vietnamese and professional English.
Strong local market understanding and ability to translate needs into enablement initiatives.
Exceptional content creation and localization skills for digital platforms.
Proven ability to design (Photoshop, canva, video editing tools)and deliver engaging training.
Data-driven with analytical skills to measure program effectiveness.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Salary: based on your skills & experience
Service voucher: 300.000 VND/month
100% salary in 2-month probation period
Full insurance package as required by the Law (after 2-month probation period)
