Key Responsibilities :
• Provide exceptional customer service and share knowledge about our offerings.
• Learn and assist with the coffee roasting process.
• Assist with the preparation and baking of pastries, sourdough breads, and other baked goods.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure accurate money exchanges.
• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages when needed.
• Collect and wash dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and café areas.
• Clean and tidy the common areas to create a comfortable atmosphere for customers.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate restocking needs.
• Assist with opening and closing the store, adhering to established processes.

• Depending on the profile it will be between 25-30k VND per hour
• Tip box will be shared from common box.
• No insurance. 50k VND per day meal allowance
• Bonuses are subject to performance.
