Mô tả công việc
- DAILY INQUIRIES:
Handling all daily inquiries relate to the complete products including for New installation, New system/plant and Replacement :
+ Receive and work on the Requirements for quotation (RFQs) from outdoor sales department or forwarded by Manufacturers or from customer directly. Make sure customer’s supplied information is enough and clear for Factory’s offer.
+ Work on Technical, Commerce with Manufacturers about those RFQs then make a quotation for submission to Outdoor Sales/ Customer accordingly.
+ Continue to follow up the quotations with Outdoor sales/Customer closely to give customer the best supporting for both Technical clarification and Pricing, Delivery time… until getting order.
+ Check and negotiate with customer on The Final Contract and pass to other departments to process PO with the Manufacturers. If PO is from Outdoor sales, check and raise comments on PO for Outdoor sales’ negotiation with customer.
+ Continue to build and maintain the good relationships with customers.

+ Search project’s information via BCI
+ explore new customesr by searching via linkedin, sending email to all new customers,…
+ Manage marketing network ( company’s linkedin, website,…)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Have 2- 3 year experience of doing quotation is an advance
- Computer skills, office window
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Good at current Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hard working, honest, creative, patient
