- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up ongoing projects and support the development of new projects with current customers..
- Prepare quotations and follow customer inquiries.
- Coordinate internally with related departments to ensure project progress and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests and provide timely support.
- Prepare sales reports as required by the Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields.
- At least 01 years’ B2B sales experience, Customer Service, or B2B Sales Support.
- Experience in packaging, printing, garment accessories, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Careful, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
