Sales Operations Specialist

Title: SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Position Overview: Support the sales team through efficient management of logistics, order systems, and customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced sales performance.

Sales assistant 

• Develop metrics and perform in-depth sales analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Create and maintain ad-hoc reports for the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor the effectiveness of current sales procedures and recommend updates as needed.

 Sales Admin 

• Manage the whole Logistic Value Chain (from receipt of customer Purchase Orders, input data on SAP, coordination of shipment, delivering of goods to customers, and solving claims related to products). 
• Manage the order system ensuring the integrity of the information at all times. 
• Liaise with plants to align shipping schedules with customers’ delivery expectations. Communicate effectively with production teams to address any delays or changes.
• Respond promptly to customer queries related to orders, shipments, and logistics, claims ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing information on shipment dates, stock availability, and other relevant data.

• Salary can be negotiated, 13th month salary, yearly salary increment.
