Country Manager will be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and will be in charge of creating and overseeing
operations of our Vietnamese entity. Country Manager will work together with our local and international
team of highly dynamic, motivated and talented people. The Country Manager is responsible for the
successful management and administration of the Vietnamese entity according to the strategic direction
and leadership set by the Group CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and compliance of company: Strong government relation background
and administration network is needed for this position (DTI, Ministry of trade, Consumer
protection board, Vietnam Post ETC)
• Working closely with the Group CEO by helping to implement and monitor the strategic
direction of the company
• To set-up and oversee the different department of the company (Marketing, Operation,
Legal, HR, CRM ETC) and direct changes according to Group instructions
• To ensure that all aspects of the business operate smoothly
• To control budgets and business plans together with the Group CEO
• To ensure exhaustive and accurate information is being communicated to the group CEO and the
Central Team by issuing reports (finance, marketing KPI’s ETC)
• Identify, assess, and inform the Group CEO of internal and external issues that affect the
organization: Licensing, government relation, consumer claims, Human resources ETC
• Developing and maintaining close, mutually beneficially and productive working
relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (suppliers ETC)
• Oversee the hiring and training of employees of the organization
• Help the CEO in identifying new opportunities to improve business process

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Management / Business Studies / Economics / Marketing or related
disciplines from top university
• Strong government relation and administration network
• Proven 5+ years in a similar position
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of distance selling industry is a great plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement purchasing strategy aimed at ensuring and maintaining optimal stocks and meeting target KPI’s also source and expand product matrix and further develop existing assortment;
• Obtaining optimal purchasing prices through deep analysis of commercial offers from domestic and foreign Suppliers and develop relationships with suppliers and analyzes the performance of their and financial capacity;
• Create, manage and oversee the Department's budget assortment and procurement;
• Regular monitoring of market prices and controlling timely placement of orders;
• Management of Assortment include shape assortment strategy, develop the concept of catalogs, control the analysis and calculation of the marginal profitability of commodity supply, determines the pricing of products in catalogs, and rovide short-term and long-term planning of sales
• Forecasting and procurement planning include Organization and control of forecasts of sales in the marketing of the shares, control plan for the supply of goods on the basis of the agreed sales targets, controls the current demand for the marketing activities of the company, Controls and optimizes the trade balances
• Interacts with other departments of the Department Company (Creative, Marketing, Operations, CRM) to fulfill business targets
