Customer Service (Online Sales)

1. Product Introduction & Consultation

• Receive and advise customers on Naked Flavors gelato via online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, hotline, etc.)
• Present menu details: flavors, ingredients, key product features and current promotions

2. Order Management

• Accurately create and enter orders in the system with full customer and order details
• Track each order from placement to delivery, and promptly notify customers of any changes (e.g., cancelled or delayed shipments, delivery issues)
• Handoff precise order information to Operations to ensure timely fulfillment

3. Customer Support & Complaints

• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries
• Resolve complaints and issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

4. Additional Duties

• Support B2B customer care, events and catering upon request
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, costs and other key metrics across channels

• 1–2 years’ customer service experience (F&B preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion and active-listening skills
• Quick, effective problem-solving and complaint-handling
• Proficient in Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, advanced features)
• Diligent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good English communication skills
