Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
2. Prepare delivery and transportation to ensure operations are met on time.
3. Perform inventory updates.
4. Coordinate with operations team on store movement, inventory control and logistics.
5. Process Online (Lazada/Shopee) order and related documentation work.
6. Prepare document for delivery.
7. Maintain warehouse documents.
8. Printing shipping marking and label
9. Scans all required documents into database.
10. Attend to enquiries.
11. Handlings other duties as assigned by management.
12. Report to warehouse manager for all activities.
13. Main warehouse inventor database
14. Warehouse packing materials purchase
15. If any ad hoc duties
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
Good English communication and system knowledge
Studies level -College/university
Experience – 3year in relevant field.
Able to work in Excel and Pivot , VLOOKUP
