• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets

• Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance of the team, ensuring they meet targets

• Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and selling skills

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and resolve any issues that arise

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

• Report sales results to management and propose improvement solutions

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Experience: At least 1 years of sales experience in the furniture manufacturing industry
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly to customers and team members
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
Team Building: Ability to build and lead a cohesive sales team
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Adaptability: Flexible to changing market conditions and priorities
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and lead a team
Communication: Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner
Coaching: Ability to train and develop team members to improve performance
