Product/Commercial/Visual Management:

• Ensure shop floor layout and new lines follow company guidelines.
• Implement and communicate merchandising standards to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Style mannequins, displays, and manage boutique merchandising.
• Train team on visual execution standards.
• Analyze sales reports to identify priorities and create tailored visual merchandising solutions.
• Gather feedback from the team to improve proposals.

Shop-floor & Sales Management:

• Motivate sales team to boost sales and efficiency.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales targets.
• Communicate with management on personnel and product updates.
• Ensure standards are maintained throughout the day.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Address customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Enforce return policies and support with product knowledge and new arrivals.
