Respond to Messages and Comments: Answer customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.
Coordinate with the Singapore Team: Communicate and collaborate with the team in Singapore to update order details or handle arising issues.
Arrange Shipments: Create orders, support packaging operations, and coordinate delivery/shipping services based on specific customer requests.
Follow Up on Repair Schedules: Check and closely monitor the progress of product alterations/repairs with internal departments.
Support KiotViet System: Perform data entry and generate reports on the KiotViet management system.
Monitor Shift Handovers: Assist in reviewing and checking task handovers between team shifts.
Rotating Shifts (Monday to Sunday): Flexible shifts based on class schedules
Shift 1: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Shift 2: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Shift 3: 05:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

No prior experience required.
Knowledge or interest in the fashion industry is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills.
Attitude & Qualities: Responsible, proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow long-term with the company.
Own a personal laptop.
