KTDC BUSINESS SKILLS is a “boutique” training centre based in HCMC (Vietnam). We were established in 2009 as a corporate training group (KTDC Group) and up to today we have delivered high quality training to thousands of people from working professionals & university students to multinational companies.
We have high levels of professionalism in everything we do as well as a great working environment. Our vision is not to be the biggest but the best training centre in Vietnam.
We specialise in corporate training, business English and business skills for working professionals. We conduct our customised training programs in our training centre in district 3 (HCMC) and also off-site at our clients’ premises all across the country.
• Build New Relationships: Reach out to potential students and assist them in enrolling in our training courses.
• Maintain Strong Relationships: Support and engage with current students, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging re-enrollment.
• Identify Opportunities for Growth: Look for ways to increase revenue from existing students while providing additional value.
• Be the First Point of Contact: Handle all inquiries, issues, and concerns from students, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Manage Customer Experience: Take ownership of all activities related to student care, ensuring they receive the best service and value from KTDC Business Skills
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and communication.
• Assist with admin Tasks: Support with various sales, customer care, and administrative duties as assigned by the CS team leader.

• College degree or higher, preferably in sales or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers, the internet, and applications like Word and Excel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and honest.
• Friendly, patient, and attentive to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
• Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this
role, you will engage with both prospective and current students, promoting our training courses and guiding students throughout their educational journey. You will work closely with our Marketing teams to achieve sales goals, enhance student enrollment, and contribute to the overall growth of KTDC Business Skills.

• Full Time position – Work in shift: Monday to Friday: from 9:30 to 17:30/ 13:30 to 21:30
• Working location: 171 Vo Thi Sau, Ward Xuan Hoa, HCMC.
