Mô tả công việc
- Assist realtors in property search, drafting a Contract, schedule property viewings, and client follow-ups.
- Consult, Handle customer inquiries and support requests across various channels (Calls, Email, Website, Fanpage, Social Media).
- Maintain and report weekly work effectiveness.

* Qualifications:
- Ability to work the night shift according to Central Time (US).
- PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION.
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Accountability, flexibility, and a proactive work approach.
- Clear and articulate communication without stuttering, slurring, or a strong regional accent.
- TOEIC or IELTS certification is advantageous.
- Priority is given to candidates aged 23 and above.
