Mô tả công việc
1.接待客戶並提供諮詢服務，為業務提供後勤支援。
2.協助業務人員進行訂單製作、跟單、樣品寄送,並跟進,為銷售提供協助。
3.負責接收訂單,核對產品數量、單價、訂單號碼等,並及相關部門確定交期回覆給客戶。
4.定期對重點客戶進行回訪，幫助業務人員做好客情，主動和客戶增進了解，介紹公司的企業文化，讓客戶更加信賴公司的產品。
5.負責客戶帳單的製作核對，並跟進貨款回收。
1. Customer Interaction and Consulting:
- Greet and assist customers, providing consulting services and logistical support for sales activities.
2. Sales Support:
- Assist sales staff with order processing, follow-ups, and sample dispatch to support sales efforts.
3. Order Management:
- Handle order reception, verifying product quantities, unit prices, and order numbers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm delivery dates and communicate these to customers.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to key customers to enhance customer service.
- Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, sharing the company’s corporate culture, and building trust in our products.
5. Billing and Payment Follow-up:
- Prepare and verify customer invoices.
- Follow up on payment collections to ensure timely recovery of dues.
Yêu cầu công việc
1.高中或大專以上學歷；
2.無經驗可，有成衣、製鞋、帽廠或相關品牌經驗尤佳。
3.個性開朗，形象氣質佳，有良好的溝通能力，責任感強。
4.懂中越文雙語優先，會說會寫，同時會英文優先。
5.不限性別不限婚況。
1.Education: High school diploma or higher.
2.Experience: Beginners are welcome, experience in apparel, shoe, headwear or related brands is preferred.
3.Personal Traits: Cheerful personality, good appearance and demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
4.Language Skills: Bilingual in Chinese and Vietnamese (spoken and written) is preferred; proficiency in English is also an advantage.
5.Inclusivity: Open to all genders and marital statuses.
Quyền lợi
1.越南法定假日、年假、彈性工作時間。
2.薪資範圍： 越南盾一千萬到兩千萬，依經驗及工作表現調整
1.Observance of Vietnamese statutory holidays, annual leave, and flexible working hours.
2.Salary range: VND 10 million to 20 million, adjusted based on experience and work performance.

We are located both in Dong Guan, Guang Dong, China & HCM City, Vietnam. In 2009, we have also added the IPC laboratory within our QC department to ensure that all our incoming raw materials and finished goods meet the strict EU and American Standard.
