Mô tả công việc
Maintenance Management
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance activities to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Design and Development
- Design and develop new machinery and equipment for the recycling process.
- Modify and improve existing equipment to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for new and modified equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
Process Optimization
- Analyze current recycling processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
Project Management
- Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and final project summaries.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for new and existing equipment.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintenance and Reliability
- Support the maintenance team in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with maintenance technicians to train them on new equipment and processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in recycling technology and engineering practices.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve overall plant performance.
Others
- Manage spare part with ERP system.
Accept maintenance requests and evaluate the maintenance performances.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
- Experience in the plastics recycling industry is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment used in recycling processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
