Job Description
As an industrial MEP Designer Engineer, you will be involved in the modular facility design and also shopfloor industrialization – Designing MEP on new modular project - Designing shop drawing for the assembly of our modular unit – Optimizing assembly process by designing tools or review product design.
Your scope of work include:
- For the modular project: ducting design, electrical design, plumbing design and mechanical assembly of the module (panel, cladding…)
- For the assembly line: provide drawing and explanation to help people on the shopfloor understanding phase of work and optimize assembly phase
- For the assembly process: design tooling and review modular design to facilitate and fast-track assembly phase
- You will supervise the production following the design.
You will work directly under Engineering management (process & product).
You will work in relation with Swiss and local engineering.
The job is based in Hung Yen at our production assembly facility.

Job Skills & Qualifications
· Engineering degree
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Creative and proactive manner at work
· Good oral and written communication skills in English.
· At least three-year experience in MEP design or industrialization of project
· Worked in industrial field, and especially highly industrialized sector like automotive or lean-organized field
· Capable of designing MEP and understanding how IT is manufactured and assembled
· Able to draw in with REVIT and AUTOCAD.
