Mô tả công việc
- Technical support for Sales engineer about service after sales.
- Enhance relationship and provide technical support, service to customers regarding use, operation, overhaul and maintenance.
- Support customers when technical problems occur and inspection at site.
- Conduct technical investigation upon request from relevant parties.
- Consulting, answering technical questions for customers
- Support Manufacturing / Sales support Dep related technical when necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma : Mechanical engineer
- Experience : At least 2 years experience in ralated industry
- Installation & repair industrial machine ( Motor gear box/ Line machine. . .)
- Travel & Working at Customer’s factory for service job ( Communicate with Customer’s Engineer / Investigate the problem of machine & finding the main cause of problem / Solution for fix problem, repair machine at Customer site when necessary...)
- Communicate & Report for foreigner technical via English
