About Aspire

Investing in Tomorrow’s Communities

Aspire is a Vietnam-based real estate investment and operating company that’s reimagining urban living. We create vibrant residential communities supported by thoughtfully curated commercial spaces that enhance everyday life.

We operate the Belong brand of serviced apartments — a growing portfolio of high-quality homes designed for comfort, convenience, and connection. With properties located across multiple districts of Ho Chi Minh City, Aspire is building a new standard for modern urban living in Vietnam.

What We Do

We transform underutilized properties such as townhouses, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces into dynamic, livable communities. Our projects range from property renovations and redevelopments to ground-up developments — all designed with a focus on quality, functionality, and long-term value.

Our Team

Aspire’s leadership team brings over 25 years of combined experience in Vietnam’s residential and investment real estate markets. With expertise spanning investment management, development, operations, and financing, our team is dedicated to delivering excellence in every project and building lasting value for our residents, partners, and investors.
