Institute for Reasearch on Policy, Law and Development - PLD is a Non-governmental Organization, a member of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).
PLD focuses its best endeavors to promote Good Governance, Rule of Law toward a Vietnam democratic and modern society.
PLD conducts researches of, consultancy on, and assessments of issues related to Policies and Laws in various areas of economic and social development.
