Job Description
1. Fiber material research: Responsible for research on various fiber materials, including natural fibers, synthetic fibers, regenerated fibers, ETC., and analyzing their physical, chemical and mechanical properties.
2. New material development: Develop new fiber materials, including improving the properties of existing fiber materials, or developing new fiber materials to meet the needs of different textile products.
3. Research on fiber processing technology: Research on fiber processing processes and technologies, including fiber modification, dyeing, coating, ETC., to improve fiber processing performance and added value.
4. Product quality control: Responsible for the quality control and improvement of fiber products to ensure that the products meet relevant standards and customer needs.
5. Technical support and training: Provide fiber technical support and training to the production department to solve technical problems in the production process and improve production efficiency and product quality.
6. Scientific research project management: Responsible for organizing and managing related scientific research projects, including project establishment, experimental design, data analysis, ETC.
7. Market trend analysis: Pay attention to the development trends and competition of the fiber market, and provide reference for enterprises to formulate strategies and product development directions.

Requirements
1. Educational background: Usually required is a bachelor degree or above in textile engineering, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering and other related majors.
2. Professional knowledge: Have solid knowledge of fiber material science and engineering, and be familiar with the structure, performance and application of fiber materials.
3. Research experience: Applicants with certain scientific research experience and achievements, who have published papers in related fields or participated in project researchers will be given priority.
4. Skill requirements: Have good experimental skills and data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using common experimental equipment and analysis tools.
5. Innovation ability: Have strong innovation ability and problem-solving ability, and be able to independently carry out scientific research work and propose innovative research ideas and plans.
6. Communication skills: Have good teamwork and communication skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
7. Chinese/English proficiency: Have good Chinese/English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to read and write relevant scientific and technological documents and reports.
