• Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quick turnaround times and optimal efficiency.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline production and reduce waste.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the production workflow.
• Use digital tracking systems (ERP, RFID, PLM) for real-time production monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards for consistent quality.
• Implement large-scale quality control processes and ensure compliance with WRAP, BSCI, and other industry regulations.
• Develop and execute cost-saving strategies while preserving product quality.
• Oversee inventory and raw material management to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Implement waste reduction strategies to optimize resource usage.
• Lead and coordinate large production teams, including supervisors and workers.
• Train and motivate employees to enhance efficiency and maintain morale.
• Supervise machine maintenance and automation efforts to minimize downtime.
• Manage machine breakdowns, labor disputes, and supply chain disruptions efficiently.

• Male, under 50 years old.
• Graduated with a degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in similar position in garment manufacturing, specifically in shirts, dyeing, and washing.
• Good at English.
• Proficient in quality control standards (AQL) and compliance requirements (WRAP, BSCI).
