Materials Engineer (Kỹ Sư Nguyên Vật Liệu)

- Daily tracking production plan from Planning department and calculation for 1.5~2days material stock in warehouse

- Request material from Warehouse for mass production

- Track material stock & transfer on system in correct number

- Manage and control material at warehouse

- Keep up-to-date Compound formulation on mass production line

- Work with supplier for plan compounding & delivering

- Control quality for every lot of compounds (contamination, color visual) and work with supplier for complaining process

- Control compound stock in warehouse, ensure supply to production follow FIFO

- Tracking operator can input correctly compound quantity, name… on scan & scale system

- Planning and follow-up concept of " how to treat left-Over of compound slow moving" 

- Monthly stock-count all material at Department with Admin, Logistic & Accounting team

- Tracking and planning for Team Leader TEST PLATE running and send sample to QA for testing material LOT number

- Manage PBI Material Report 

- KPI data collecting and provide to LEAN team 

- Other jobs assigned by CM manager

- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, Binh Duong Province, Trang Bom District to company.
