Merchandise Staff

- Collaborate with the design team to understand the vision and requirements for fabric caps.

- Research and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for cap production.

- Develop and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers and manufacturers.

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that fabric caps meet the brand's standards.

- Create and manage detailed technical specifications and documentation for fabric cap production.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, merchandisers, and production teams, to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and production techniques.

- Experience in fabric development, preferably in the fashion industry.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

- Familiarity with the Adidas brand and its style aesthetics is a plus.
