Mô tả công việc

Job Responsibilities
•    Follow up on sample development and production
•    Confirm and track materials
•    Assist in solving technical issues during the development stage
•    Manage development schedules
•    Arrange sample shipments and related documentation
•    Support customer requirements and communication with Japanese interpreters

- Theo dõi quá trình phát triển và sản xuất mẫu
- Xác nhận và theo dõi nguyên vật liệu
- Hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong giai đoạn phát triển
- Quản lý tiến độ phát triển
- Sắp xếp vận chuyển mẫu và các tài liệu liên quan
- Hỗ trợ yêu cầu của khách hàng và giao tiếp với phiên dịch viên tiếng Nhật

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: College degree or higher
English communication, reading, and writing skills
Open recruitment for Development Staff (1–4 years of relevant experience) and Senior Development Staff (more than 5 years of experience)
Working hours: 7h30 - 16h30 (Work overtime when necessary)
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the shoe industry
Working hours: Administrative - overtime, from Monday to Saturday.
We require candidates to possess logical thinking skills, the ability to handle work pressure well, be proactive, manage time effectively

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.

- Có khả năng giao tiếp, đọc hiểu và viết tiếng Anh.

- Tuyển dụng vị trí Nhân viên Phát triển (có từ 1–4 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan) và Chuyên viên/Nhân viên Phát triển cấp cao (có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm).

- Thời gian làm việc: 7h30 – 16h30 (sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ khi cần thiết).

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành giày dép.

- Làm việc theo giờ hành chính, từ thứ Hai đến thứ Bảy; có tăng ca theo yêu cầu công việc.

- Yêu cầu ứng viên có tư duy logic, khả năng chịu áp lực công việc tốt, chủ động trong công việc, quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.
