Operation Trainee

A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level, and the reason why the position exists) 

Talents selected will get first-hand experience of the whole fabric & garment manufacturing process and have chances to unlock their fullest potential on an accelerated pathway by working with our diverse and experienced professionals. 

B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed) 

1. Integrated Production 

• Follow up production flow: quantity & quality, have corrective & preventive actions to adapt customer’s standards. Regulate manpower between lines in group to balance work demand. Receive production plan, modify to get aligned with manufacturing ability. 
• Supervise, check, and inspect each production line to ensure we meet the target and quality as a requirement. Foresee the issue, forecast production orders to ensure production smoothly. 
• Be guided and plan to carry out, deploy, develop activities & programs of LEAN. Carry out the ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures and documents for Cutting department. 
• Decide the washing formula and drying condition for each order upon the Sop and JO requirements. And order planning of which chemical is necessary for wash-order. 
• Carry out the PPEs observation, ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures and documents for Washing Dept. 
• Plan, conduct and monitor risk management activities, testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality meets customer requirement. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. 

2. Technical Engineering: 

• Be guided to collect innovation requirements from other sections, ideas from automation team. 
• Design mechanical parts automation machines. 
• Site survey feasibility then comes out automation solution for factory. 
• Make proposals, plan, and make decisions of choosing equipment for the project. 
• Support maintenance dept to fix / upgrade system, automation machines.
