Warehouse Supervisor

Coordinate with sourcing department for bale incoming

• Check weight and separate categories for inventory 
• Confirm with sourcing department for Raw material weight

Coordinate with production for bales, chemical and municipal waste transfer

• Transfer raw to production chemical 
• Checking stock balance to provide production (Chemical & Raw) 

Coordinate with maintenance for CNG gas incoming

• Receiving fuel.

Coordinate with Finance for payments

• Receiving all raw material and consumable
• Report to Finance for all receiving 

Monitor raw materials and chemical stock level 

• Checking stock balance 

Monitor cleanliness and order 

• Assign and duty to shift leader at FG area and raw area & FG area 

Monitoring HSE for members

• Daily monitoring for Health & Safety

Communicate with Production for materials transfer

• Checking together with production dept for daily usage (Raw)

Communicate with finance for payment and FG grade/weight adjustments

• Report receiving inventory for payment and make weight adjustment for container loading and local selling pallets adjustment 

Monitoring stock levels for FG bags and packing materials

• Checking stock balance and report to Plant

Align warehouse ground situation with food grade packing/storage

• Assign duty to shift leader for checking every day temperature

Monitor the integrity of FG bags (height, damaged, etc…)

• Assign duty to shift leader for checking and separate location for damage bag and not standard weight & High Bags

Communicate with Procurement team for necessary order

Checking stock balance and purchase order for necessary consumable (Such as wooden pellet/ Liner bags / Jumbo bags and ……….).

• Salary: Negotiable 
• Probation time: pay 100% based on full salary
