- Develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation and innovation within the organization.
- Manage our online presence across websites, social media, and mobile apps.
- Enhance customer experiences through personalized digital strategies.
- Use data analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Get understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and social
- Conduct research on market trends, audiences and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
- Familiar with inbound marketing tools, such as: email marketing, CMS, CRM,...
- Coordinate with both internal and external teams to organize and ensure high levels of campaign performance, lead and enrollment are delivered
- Other task assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience managing Facebook ads, Chatbot, Messenger ads, other types of popular social media marketing.
- Solid understanding of budget and performance optimization.
- Knowledgeable of digital analytics, web and social media metrics.
- CV written in English is a plus.
