Mô tả công việc
• Counsel prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities overseas (Australia, US, UK, NZL, Canada and Singapore)
• Provide information on foreign institutions to students either face-to-face, online or over telephone
• Proceed course counseling, visa counseling and assistance in visa application, welfare arrangement for underage students
• Follow up student application and keep students informed on the outcome of institution offers and visa application
• Assist institution representatives at the seminars/events and support interpretation works upon required
• Maintain good rapport to students, their families, partner institutions and the visa offices
• Directly deal with the leads/students either by phone, online, email or face to face
• Provide necessary, accurate and timely information to the customers and suppliers
• Complete other duties assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduation
• Very Good Command of English – equivalent IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above
• Counseling experience in the US and Canada Education market is a plus
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills - verbal and written
