Operation Officer Intern

1. BusMonitor: 

• Ensurethe safety and well-being of students during bus transportation to and from POLY. 
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a disciplined and orderly environment on the bus. 

2. Child Supervision: 

• Provide supervision and ensure the safety of children during their stay at POLY. 
• Engagechildren in age-appropriate activities and maintain a positive learning environment. 
• Supervise students during outings and ensure their safety and adherence to rules. 

3. Teaching Assistant (TA): 

• Assist in various types of classes at POLY under the guidance of the teaching staff. 
• Supportthe teachers in implementing lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities. 

4. Operational Support: 

• Assist the operation officer in daily operational tasks as required. 
• Contribute to the efficient running of the center by assisting with tasks such as inventory management, resource preparation, ETC. 
• Completeadministrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, ETC. 
• Ensureaccurate and timely completion of administrative tasks as assigned. 

5. Other Assigned Tasks: 

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the center.
