Mô tả công việc
- Teach English to Vietnamese students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop and prepare engaging lesson plans, incorporating materials provided by the English learning center, to effectively meet students' learning goals and align with the center's curriculum requirements.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback.
- Organize interactive learning activities and language games to enhance students' English communication skills.
- Participate in faculty meetings, contributing ideas to improve the curriculum.
- Provide support to students outside of class hours when needed.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage the use of English.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese only.
- Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or a related field.
- Proficient English language skills (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
- Strong teaching skills and the ability to effectively communicate knowledge.
- Ability to manage classrooms and create a positive learning environment.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to plan and organize work.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and able to motivate students.
- Adaptable to new teaching methods and educational technologies.
- A TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is preferred. Prior teaching experience or relevant teaching qualifications are also considered.
