Mô tả công việc
- Assist Technical Service team in office jobs such as making quotation, order process in the company system, and other paper works.
- Contact with customers for order and payment follow-up.
- Provide ad-hoc supports to co-workers in their daily activities.
- Co-operate with other departments for technical service jobs going smoothly and on time.
- Report to the Management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, Vietnamese (Age below 30)
- University graduated preferably
- English/Japanese/Chinese/Korean speaking preferably
- Strong Microsoft Office skills / Proficiency in Email, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Carefulness, fast learning, accuracy
- High responsibility, hardworking, eager to learn and good personality
- Capable of working under pressure
