Mô tả công việc

Task of Secretary

  • Working with classified information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Planning the CEO's business trips and events
  • Informing the CEO about daily meetings, scheduled activities, and deadlines
  • Preparing and attending all CEO meetings (equipment, agenda…) and party to welcome foreign business partners
  • Translating English to Vietnamese and vice versal in all meetings with foreign business partners
  • Anticipating the needs of the company leader and offering proactive support
  • Planning and doing company events/ parties.
  • Implementing other tasks as required

Import & Export Staff

  • Creating and following up monthly/yearly/quarterly orders to meet the sales target.
  • Negotiate with business partners about quotation International Commercial Terms and importing quantity.
  • Solving all emergencies cases promptly regarding the procurement process.
  • Partnership with the business partners and/or directs the transportation agents to provide frequent updates in order to prevent issues regarding customer service, lead times, and supply chain delays.
  • Working directly with the financial department and bank about payment process.
  • Working directly with sales team to place orders and reach the imported quantity.
  • Working closely with warehouse team, customer service and quality control departments to issue warranty reports.
  • Doing foreign business trips to meet business partners at least 2 times per year. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or college's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English communication
