Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Proactively manage, organize, and optimize the Director's work schedules, business appointments, and travel itineraries.
Personal works management: Handle comprehensive travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa/document preparation) and diverse personal tasks as requested by the Director.
Documentation: Attend critical meetings, record detailed minutes, and prepare corporate documents/materials accurately.
Internal Liaison: Effectively convey the Director’s instructions and insights to various departments to ensure smooth, transparent internal communication.
Language Support & Tutoring :coaching and improving the Director's daily Vietnamese communication skills.

Job Requirements
- Language (Mandatory): High proficiency in English. Must be fluent in communication with excellent interpretation skills (English - Vietnamese).
- Attitude & Skills: Proactive mindset, strong desire for self-improvement, and high professional commitment. Confident, professional image with the capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Others: Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for business trips and client meetings as required.
- Candidates with a background or experience in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Real Estate will be highly prioritized
