Mô tả công việc

Office Admin is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in company. They prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support senior-level managers.
Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
Organize internal events, GMO event, meeting outside.

Job Description:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Organize internal events, GMO event, meeting outside
Manage third party who provide business taxi services for staffs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree
Good command of English
Has 3 years of experience in operation admin and ‘Health and Safety’
Has experience in personal assistant is a plus
Be able to run the company events/meetings.
Flexibility thinking and adaptability

Quyền lợi

Gross salary: 14-16,000,000 gross
13th month salary bonus.
100% salary in 2-month probation period.
Full insurance package as required by the Law Sign contract with Talentnet
