Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1-Fully responsible for HR functions in the assigned country or region, supporting the implementation of corporate policies and strategies at the local level;
2-Understand business needs deeply and provide tailored HR solutions to support business growth and development;
3-Possess expertise in HR modules such as recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations, driving horizontal collaboration within the region;
4-Participate in and support talent development programs to build and optimize the HR management system;
5-Focus on employee satisfaction, providing effective care and support to foster team cohesion in the region;
6-Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting, offering recommendations for optimization and driving implementation;
7-Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration, ensuring the integration and development of diverse teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
1-Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills; 
2-Experience: At least 3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in multinational companies or international environments; 
3-Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred; 
4-Professional Expertise: Proficiency in at least two HR modules (e.g., recruitment, training, compensation, performance management), with a holistic view and ability to implement strategies effectively; 
5-Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, communication, and stress management abilities, capable of independently solving complex problems and fostering teamwork; 
6-Cross-Cultural Competence: Familiarity with working styles across different cultures, with the ability to promote integration and collaboration in a multicultural environment; 
7-Flexibility: Willingness to travel to other countries
