• Receive and send official papers and letters of the company.
• Organize official papers, contracts and others related documents.
• Manage and update employee information files.
• Receive applications for sick leave, leave off, ... other official documents of staff.
• Follow employee's leave schedule.
• Follow health insurance and social insurance for staff.
• Follow, submitting documents to work in Vietnam and other regimes for foreign staff.
• Post news and support recruitment.
• In charge of buying assets, equipment, supplies for office. Save invoices, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company.
• Booking tickets, hotels for business trip.
• Doing reception work when required such as welcoming guests, assisting in meetings, listening and receiving calls to contact businesses,...
• Other related tasks requested by the Board of Directors.

• Graduated from College or higher; majoring in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, ...
• Age: 22-27.
• Able to speak and write English (required).
• At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in office applications.
• Hard working, have a spirit of learning and high responsibility.
