Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities (Salary can be negotiated basing on candidate''s ability)

  • Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support to the General Director/Chairman and senior management

Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential communications

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials

Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and related materials

Take accurate meeting minutes in both Vietnamese and English

Follow up on action items and resolutions

  • Legal & Corporate Affairs

Handle company licensing matters (ERC, IRC, amendments, ETC.)

Work with authorities on regulatory compliance and filings

Support legal documentation, contracts, and corporate records

Liaise with external lawyers, auditors, and consultants

  • Internal Coordination

Act as a key coordination point between Management and internal departments

(Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, ETC.) to ensure effective execution and timely delivery of tasks

Monitor, track, and provide regular updates on the implementation of Management directives and Members’ Council resolutions

Proactively follow up with relevant departments to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with agreed timelines

Support in resolving cross-functional issues and ensure clear and accurate communication across teams

Requirements

Minimum 05 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Senior Executive (strategic Assistant)

Hands-on experience in company licensing and regulatory procedures

Experience in FMCG, trading, or manufacturing industries is preferred

Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal processes

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility

Ability to work hard under pressure

English Good command of English (spoken and written)

Ability to prepare meeting minutes and work with English documents

Experience in foreign-invested companies (FDI) are preferred
