Mô tả công việc

Perform classification, review, and verification of the dealer’s legal/business documents from the system to ensure validity, completeness, and compliance before activating the partner’s e-signature account.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of dealer information the Homesis system
Meet assigned daily targets and deliverables as allocated by management, in line with strategic objectives and changing operational priorities..
Coordinate closely with Sales teams (District Sales Managers –DSM/stakeholders ) to validate information, follow up on missing or incorrect documentation, and resolve activation issues
Actively drive and monitor dealer account creation and activation, ensuring all required steps are completed to meet operational timelines
Track activation progress and proactively follow up to minimize delays and bottlenecks
Provide operational updates, status reports, and basic analysis related to POS and dealer activation when required (Daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards throughout all assigned activities
Support the achievement of digital transformation goals by ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and standardized activation processes across the organization
Propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and control effectiveness.

At least 1 year experience in sales admin, administrative work (Open for fresher)
Careful & meticulous.
College degree or higher
Basic legal knowledge is preferred
Good communication skills
Good Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
English skills : Reading
