Mô tả công việc
Gather and analyze customer data.
Communicate with customers to provide updates and support.
Create monthly pricing tables for each customer and promotion program.
Calculate and administer customer incentives and related support programs.
Reconcile program budgets and control expenditures.
Incorporate market price updates from sales feedback to enable timely customer solutions.
Monitor competitor programs based on sales feedback.
Analyze competitor marketing program activities based on sales input.
Prepare customer performance reports.
enerate SR performance reports by region, model, and other relevant metrics.
Calculate Sell Out, Sell Thru, and support incentives.
Verify customer incentive statements and reconcile outstanding debts with TCL.
Track budgets for each customer.
Responsible for Sales Team's KPI statistics.
Summarize team meeting outcomes and track action item completion from responsible sales representatives.
Complete other tasks as requested and related to the Sales Team.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years experience in similar position
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or Accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, etc.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and organize work well.
Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in a similar position at companies dealing in electronics or home appliances.
Fluently in English or Chinese
