Mô tả công việc
- Assist in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Support senior team members in managing the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in employer branding initiatives.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles, particularly for senior and managerial positions.
- Participate in designing and executing selection processes, including interviews and assessment tests.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, proposing enhancements to the recruitment process.
- Help resolve challenges in the recruiting workflow.
- Contribute to creating and tracking recruitment KPIs.
- Participate in organizing CSR activities and initiatives within the company.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition,
- Experience with IT software companies. (At least 1 year)
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITviec, and other social media channels.
- Basic understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, along with good computer proficiency.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, organized, and "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
