Mô tả công việc
1. This position will be responsible to provide technical support for Cooperation in IT field such as Servers, Systems, Network Infrastructure, Help-desk and ERP.
2. Responding to email, texts or phone queries and offering technical support to Local IT for resolving issue.
3. Work with multi domains on multi geographies. Support users at multi geographies.
4. Schedule to maintenance Systems. Completing assigned tasks from IT planned by IT Manager.
5. System Administrator: Keep servers secure, up to date and maintained properly using best practice on daily, weekly, monthly. Run regular assessment to valid the status of each server and its current state. Test update and change in a test environment before implement on production servers. Assign permission to network share, administer exchange addition, changes and keep AD environments in an optimize condition. Run and validate backup are being complete and replicated to an offsite location. Make sure all applications, including but not limited to ERP, Web Applications, data and configuration are properly maintained with desktop support new hire and terminate requests. Create report based on regular assessments that will be compiled and included in IT executive summary.
6. Network administrator: Analyze, monitor and practice maintenance procedures on daily, weekly, monthly schedule to keep the network running optimally. Prevent and fix network issue as they arise. Assist other IT members where network assessment and validation are needed. Create reports based on regular assessments that will be compiled and include in IT executive summary.
7. ERP Administrator: Get training from ERP expect, transfer technical training to local sites. Manage ERP system and support end users.
8. All line down issue must be assessed immediately with in 30 minute and should be on top priority until the issue is resolved.
9. Any non-critical issue should be acknowledged and put into the service queue with an expected resolution Estimate Time Investment between 1-2 days.
10. Other Tasks related to IT jobs will be assigning by IT Manager and MGMT.

5. English fluency.
6. 4 years PLUS of experience working in Systems Administrator.
