Mô tả công việc
- Make Payments Ticket Every Month.
- RH IT Support.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, server, network.
- Experience in ordering software, OS and handle problems related to office equipment.
- Knowledge of Networking and LAN/WAN systems (Having CCNA certification is a plus)
- Know how to use and configure network allocation devices such as Router, Access point, switch…
- Know how to use popular online meeting software such as Microsoft Team, Zoom meetings…
- Check and fix errors in hardware, IT network
- Catch errors like Lan/Wan, mail, basic software…
- Knowledge about security
- Support staffs and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software
- Manage the use, maintenance and replacement of damaged IT equipment
- Operate and administrator the entire network, internal mail
- Manage, check and fix problems with camera, computer, printer, timekeeper, phone
- Install software and operating system, allocate computers to employees
- Be careful, hard-working, have righteous thoughts, do not hesitate to argue to come up with the best solution, save time, effort and cost
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in offices and stores
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience about IT at least 2 year of experience.
- Knowledge of Switchboards and Network Configuration is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hardworking, self-motivated with can-do attitude.
- Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
