Mô tả công việc
1. Get thorough knowledge on Shimadzu Informatics products (CDS, LIMS and other Quality Management Solutions) to support pre-sales enquiries.
2. Understanding of Product Configurations (Sales & Technical), Architecture, Technical Features of existing and new software platforms
3. Provide and manage entire pre-sales activities together with field sales team to prepare the product configurations and position the right Informatics product solution.
4. Manage and support for technical sales information to customers for product pitching to Order closure.
5. Supports Field sales team by engaging customers and responding to customers’ enquiries on technical pre-sales queries.
6. Demonstrate the product capabilities matching with customer requirements including presentations, live demonstrations, and necessary technical discussions.
7. Organize customer workshops upon post-implementation of Informatics solutions.
8. Knowledge on 3rd Party software interfaces (CDS to LIMS), Interfaces (Data Transfer, Automation), instrument connectivity (CDS, SDMS, etc…)
9. Working experience in Pharma or any regulated industries QA/QC laboratory practices is added advantage.
10. Responsible to provide timely support to customers.
11. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
12. Pro-active and self-learning capability to study and solve the issues.
13. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal guidance.
14. Desire and enthusiastic to provide world class customer service.
15. Ability to prioritize and/or multitask competing initiatives and out of the box thinking with an ability to constantly improve.
16. To provide training and prepare Materials, SOPs on need basis.
17. Manage and responsible for problem escalations until the solution is offered to customer.
18. Co-ordinate with team members and other colleagues to resolve the problem reported by customer.
19. Ensure quality support delivery as well manage day-to-day service management operations.
20. To provide training and prepare Materials, SOP and to conduct the technical training courses for Shimadzu Informatics products.
21. To keep updated with the latest trends in IT/Compliance/Pharma Regulations by communicating with team members.
22. Create new solutions, strategies to improve Informatics Business
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/Biochemistry/IT/Computer Science/Instrumentation or equivalent with 5+ years of analytical instruments working experience.
- Experience in implementing laboratory informatics products such as CDS, LIMS, SDMS, ELN, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, VMWare, Citrix are preferred.
- Experience working as Informatics Sales position with on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
- Experience on working within a regulated environment for the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry preferred.
- Project management skills preferred.
- This position requires extensive contact with customers and therefore outstanding written and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision and a strong work ethic is critical.
- Experience working in matrix organization/team is a plus.

· Thời gian làm việc:
1. Từ Thứ 2 đến thứ 6: Sáng từ 8:00 đến 12:00; Chiều từ 13:30 đến 17:30.
2. Thứ 7: Sáng từ 8:00 đến 12:00.
