Mô tả công việc
· Able to survey, analyze, consult, and design information technology solutions (network systems, server systems, storage, virtualization, security...) and prepare estimates for projects.
· Participate in implementing network/system solutions.
· Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support LANs, WANs, and DC network segments.
· Monitor data-center health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed.
· Develop processes, instructions for use, and operating systems.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Technical Department.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Graduate from Universities related to IT or Telecommunication.
· Certificates such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSA are preferred.
· Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
· Experience with network devices from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Juniper.
· Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, and active directories.
· Knowledge of virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker).
· Basic programming and scripting skills are a plus.
· Ability to collaborate/work effectively in a team but can complete work independently.
· English skills: equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or better
