Mô tả công việc
I. Administration
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
- Prepare food & beverages for employees.
- Timekeeping and tracking employee leave days.
- Support C&B tasks or documents related.
- Other tasks requested by line Manager.
II. Accounting
- Check and request payment for office expenses.
- Manage expense report, cash book and invoices with suppliers.
- Make monthly expense reports.
- Work with vendors for quotation, contracts, liquidations.
- Collect invoices and receipt documents.
- Saving & managing documents.
- Support to make some reports (PIT, CIT,…)
Yêu cầu công việc
- University/College students with a major in Finance, accounting
- Detail-oriented with integrity as a must.
- Hard-working, result-oriented, eager to learn.
- Have a progressive spirit at work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Honesty and high responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
