Mô tả công việc
- Receive, clarify, analyze, and consult on business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create business requirement documentation that is customized for different levels and audiences.
- Use different types of diagrams, charts, and illustrations to present information.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and various design sketches.
- Follow up, support, and provide accurate and comprehensive information to relevant parties.
- Conduct project acceptance testing with relevant parties.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product/project operates according to the designed business requirements.
- Address other collaboration needs as necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a BA role and 1 year in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English documents, with basic English communication skills.
- Proficiency in UML.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to end-users in understandable terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX and user habits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective planning and team management skills.
Huge plus if you have:
- Relevant certifications in BA or related fields.
- Knowledge of Agile.
- Experience and knowledge in various industries are a plus.
