Bussiness Analyst (Ba)

Responsibilities: 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand their needs, provide actionable insights, and ensure that reporting and data reconciliation meet their expectations.

• Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype…

• UAT: Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.

• API: Elicit high-level API requirements, formulating API specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ultimately shaping the API's structure. 

+ Conduct API test to ensures that the API functions correctly, handles errors appropriately, and performs optimally under different scenarios. 

+ Assisting in change management processes related to the API, including impact analysis, change requests, and version control.

• Supporting: Support other departments issues related to Systems 

+ Get the feedback and handle the issue

+ Create the login account
+ Problems users encounter when using the system. 

• Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed by various departments.

• Salary ranges from 13-15 million VND/month, negotiable.
• Social insurance contribution is 75-80% of salary.
